Student can request both picture and without picture format for any kind of educational certificates. And if students need an express document, they can wait to receive the documents with in 30 minutes by processing request and notifying the staff.

     Schedule of semester opening and registration for add-withdraw subjects of summer semester, academic year 2019 :  
1. Schedule for the opening of the Summer Course Academic year 2019, on Monday 1st June 2020 and the schedule for add-withdraw and late period is on 2-6 June 2020.
    1.1 Course regitration and add courseDownload Form

Students are able to register for course and add courses online by themselves between 2-6 June 2020 (Registration only for add courses).
    1.2 Course withdrawal ** Download Form
Students can fill out the withdraw form with the request form. By specifying the complete matter and reason for withdrawing courses.
    1.3 Course change ** Download Form
Students can fill out the form to add-withdraw course completely in order to change the course.
** In the case of withdrawal of courses and changing of courses, students must filling out the Add-Withdraw form and Send an email to reg2@siam.edu Upon completion of the process, the students will be notified via email to check their subject status.
